Mainstream fashion trends have always been a reflection of the social norms, transforming ideologies, and defining moments of the eras. From the casual worker uniforms of the 40s to the skirts and dresses of the Hollywood ’50s, and the bell-bottoms flowy clothes of the disco 60-70s, fashion has always been a distillation of their particular eras.
A pair of denims and a white T-shirt is my most comfortable outfit. Whether I am working in the office, shooting for hours or having a night out with my friends… this pair never disappoints me. If you are a 90’s kid, you will remember the brand ‘Ruff & Tuff’.
Flowers, Flowers and Flowers everywhere!
This spring season, I am obsessed with floral designs. The reason: A valley of flowers I saw on Facebook. With a dream of going to that pretty place in the Himalayas, I checked out its pictures, read on how to reach there, and what not! Flowers like orchids, poppies, primulas, marigolds, daises and anemones carpeting the ground!
I know each one of us somewhere or the other have been put down, in some form or the other but we silently just accept our fate again and again. I know we can’t do anything for tiny little things, but do you girls know that these things turn into a humongous issue one day? When you know, be clear about how you want to be treated. Yes, this might sound feminist, but so what? Never let anyone dull your sparkle.
Back in college, I thought sarees were too much of a hassle and hated wearing them. But then it was time for the most important day of a girl’s life, before she gets the taste of the real world… FAREWELL!

Sitting in the train, I am here watching the beautiful Western Ghats and the vast plains of India. I have been wondering all along that we have such a beautiful country that is so huge and we have not utilised even 10% of it. Is it because we are scared to live alone in the nature once we come to the city and get comfortable in easier things and the hustle bustle of life that anything apart from the city feels very remote to us?
For some reason if you guys do decide to read my blog if All of you might be know that I’m not a person who likes pastels at all, even though people say it looks great on me but I feel that, it makes me look dark and dull. You know why I have that conception in mind?
