As soon as the Valentine’s Day gifting woes fade away, there comes the second big question. You might have brought the perfect gift or planned the most romantic surprise for your amore; however it is all incomplete without the perfect outfit.

Attention ladies: this one is for you :

Even though our wardrobes may be filled with clothes that we have actually never worn before, we sit down for hours brainstorming outfit ideas for the big V day. How to look cute but hot at the same time? How to make sure I don’t look OTT? What suits my body type the best? What would be fit for a candle-lit dinner and what would suit a camping trip under the stars? To answer all your queries and help you with many more: I have created a look book that encaptures my idea of the best looks you could go for. The list takes you through a journey of all the amazing looks you can choose from.  If you want to play with colours or look bright and fun, you have a look chalked out. If you want to stick to a classy outfit for the perfect brunch date, that raises your standards, you can have your pick. And easiest of all; if you just wanna look your usual bomb-self, your outfit has been planned.

Look 1

For my first look I chose an outfit that I find perfect for cafe-hunting. I paired a teal top that I ordered from Shein for Rs. 799 with a white floral skirt from ampm fashions that cost me Rs. 3000. I accessorised it with a beige tote bag that I brought from Spoyl App for Rs. 1299. I wore brown Boots that I brought from Street Style Store for Rs. 699. The entire look cost me a total of Rs. 5800.

Look 2

For my second outfit, I paired a yellow camisole top that I ordered from Shein with a black skirt with a veil on top. I accessorised it with a yellow bandana from Shein and a black tote bag and wore black shoes to go with them. I think it would perfectly suit a nice candle-lit dinner date.

Look 3

If you are not playing safe this Valentine’s and are planning to add colours to your outfit, this is for you. I paired a red off the shoulder wrap top that i got from Shein, with a multicolour striped culottes from Commercial Street, in Bangalore. I accessorised it with rainbow earrings from Una Accessories. It is perfect for your little trip to Smaaash.

Heading to a retro-bar? I have just the outfit you need. I paired a black high-neck full-sleeved top from Shein  with a white and black polka-dots skirt, which I ordered from Ali Express. I accessorised it with a huge junk necklace and wore black and white kitten heels, that i got from Street Style Store.

My last look is inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s sense of fashion. I paired a maroon polka dots top, which I ordered from Shein with black flared trousers. I accessorised it with a black scarf and a cane handbag. Then I wore nude block heels, to go with the look.

I am a crazy chic next door; who likes to jump into anything new related to fashion, art, style even gardening! A versatile person and a deep thinker, I am a Fashion, Textile and a Graphic designer. Oh! I am a cartoonist too, a wanderer and a big foodie.
